Projektovanje optoelektronskih integrisanih kola



In the area of optoelectronic integrated circuit design research interests include optical receivers with variable transimpedances, and red-green-blue optical sensors in both CMOS and BiCMOS technologies.  The main achievements in this area have been published in the following articles:
