Opis : Cilj projekta je poređenje fitohemijskog sastava sokova divljeg nara iz ekološki različitih staništa opisanih prema klimatskim i pedološkim parametrima.
Wild pomegranate (Punica granatum L.) is one of the most important wild fruit species, similar to the cultivated pomegranate, but with different morphological characteristics. In Montenegro, wild pomegranate grows in Mediterranean macchia and shrubs and occupies large areas, and in Slovenia it is present in Istria, a peninsula on the northern coast of the Adriatic Sea. Despite the growing interest and market demand, the wild pomegranate is still an underused species. The aim of this project is to compare the phytochemical composition of wild pomegranate juices from ecologically different habitats described by climatic and pedological parameters.
