A controllable constant power source in 0.35 um CMOS technology suitable for thermal-based sensor applications is the topic of this project. This device generates a constant power independent of the variations of the resistive load. It is based on the resistive mirror method by keeping the equality of the resistive original and the resistive image resistances. The stability of the controllable constant power source is not dependent on either the load resistance or the generated power. The stability test has been carried out using the resistive load in a pulse mode operation confirming the predictions of the analzsis performed.
